Policies:
TWO NIGHT MINIMUM - On major college weekends (i.e. graduation, alumni weekends, parent's weekend, etc.) & holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.) there is a three night minimum. Rates qouted for single/double occupancy - $20/person for additional guest NO SMOKING inside cabin Children are welcome Pets: Please inquire. If your pet is a member of the family, please visit with us further. Rates: Cabin Nightly 3-6 Days Weekly Stonecutter's $198 10 % Discount $1000 DeHart $175 10 % Discount $900 Homestead $160 10 % Discount $800 Highlands $150 10 % Discount $700 Writer's Retreat $125 10 % Discount $600 Stays of 2 weeks or more, please inquire for further discounts Check-in time 3:00 PM Check-out time 12:00 noon A credit card is required with reservations. 14 day minimum notice is required for cancellations without penalty. In the event of a cancellation with less than 14 day notice, every effort will be made to re-lease your reservation. If we are able to re-lease the cabin, you will be responsible only for a $50.00 re-reservation fee. Should we be unable to re-lease the cabin, you will be responsible for the reservation amount.
